Das Haus ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt, helles Erdgeschoss und großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, mit zentraler Insel, ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad en suite mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großer Saal, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche und Master Suite mit Terrasse und Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche.

Ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage ( kalte/heisses luft), Internet WIFI. Sat-TVbietet auch Netflix und HBO Kanal zum Anschauen von Filmen. Tischtennis- und Darttisch

In der äußeren Saline Chloration Pool umgeben von Rasen, Terrassen und möblierte Veranden und Gartenflächen.

Zu Fuß erreichen Sie mehrere Strände, Playa de Sant Joan bei 550 Mts. ; Strand von Morer Vermell - 600 Mts. ; Strand von Mal Pas oder Sant Pere, wo gibt es eine Strandbar bei 1 km oder 12 Minuten zu Fuß.

Alcudia Stadt ist 2,5 km entfernt mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Museen, römische Ruinen...

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Modern, super ausgestattet (auch in der Küche, Gewürze etc) und sehr sauber. Im Keller gibt es noch sehr viele Spielsachen für Kinder für den Pool oder am Strand. Bei unserer Ankunft standen auch schon ein voller Obstkorb, ein paar Snacks und verschiedene Getränke im Kühlschrank (Bier, Wein,saft etc.) für uns bereit! Der Pool wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts auch einmal gereinigt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A great house in a very calm area. Close to several beaches and to swimming from cliffs/rocks. Great family room & kitchen area, and the bedrooms were situated to give privacy to both parents and teenagers. We stayed for two weeks and walked into Alcudia several times in the morning for coffee and also for market days. Great setting for running and taking walks, but we spend the majority of the time just enjoying the pool, the table tennis, and the house. There are a number of toys available in the basement, which was highly appreciated! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und wenn es etwas zu klären gab, wurde dies umgehend erledigt. Ein reichlich gefüllter Obstkorb, Sekt, Bier, Wein, Kaffee, Milch waren bei der Ankunft im Haus. Super!!! Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir werden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. 'Sehr empfehlenswert'!!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft.

Das ist wirklich ein tolles modernes Haus. Wir haben die eine Woche Aufenthalt richtig genossen. Wir waren zu sechs erwachsenen Personen da und jeder konnte für sich selbst bei Bedarf eine gemütliche Rückzugsecke finden. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. :)

A stunning property in a quiet location exactly what we required. The villa has absolutely everything you could need to make the holiday truly enjoyable - a real gem! We could not fault it in any way. Lovely beach an easy 5 minute walk away. Alcudia old town well worth a visit - lots of restaurants and lovely market. Planet Villas were so good with communication especially over the Covid pandemic period. Thank you to the owner - we so want to return.

Dieses Haus ist super!! Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt, alles inkl. der hervorragenden Ausstattung ist durchdacht. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Und das Team von Villasplanet ist sehr kompetent und professionell. Besser geht's nicht.

Sehr gepflegte und moderne / luxuriöse Villa in super ruhiger und sicherer Lage. Kein Verkehr, kaum bis keine Touristen in der Nähe, einfach wunderbar zum entspannen. Zwei Strände sowie eine wunderschöne Küstenlandschaft zum spazieren sind fußläufig erreichbar. Da die Villa etwas auswärts liegt, empfiehlt es sich auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen zu haben, um in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Villa ist von A-Z mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum leben und versorgen benötigt (Küchenutensilien, Tischtennisplatte, sportliches Zubehör wie Federball etc.), weshalb man sich schnell wie zuhause fühlt. Der Pool im Garten mit den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und der schönen Natur drum herum runden das Wohlfühlerlebnis ab. Wir können jedem, der auf Privatsphäre und eine ruhige Lage im Urlaub wert legt, diese Unterkunft empfehlen und werden definitiv auch selber wieder kommen. Vielen Dank auch an Chary für die super unkomplizierte Übergabe und Kommunikation.

Fantastic villa in a nice secluded location. The villa was super clean, very well decorated and very modern - almost everything you could possibly need was provided, even inflatables for the pool and toys for the kids! Huge kitchen and living area with pretty much every utensil you could need! pool was a good size, really clean and plenty of outdoor seating. lovely comfy chill out area outdoors. bedrooms are all en suite, and a decent size - air con in all the rooms. The upstairs bedroom has a lovely and large sun terrace! Also theres a table tennis table in the garage which was a nice touch!we loved the location, really quiet and two secluded but really fantastic little beaches within a 10 minute walk. really good beach bar on one of them. Thank you to our hosts who were super friendly and great communication from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble and very kindly helped find some money that we left behind! lovely welcome package and lots of local information providedwe fe

We really enjoyed our vacation!

Amazing stay all round. The Villa was stunning! It was well equipped with everything you need during vacation period. Even lots of stuff for the pool! The only really small point would have been a bigger bbq area. For six people the grill is quite small. The rest is outstanding and we would re book at any time!

This is a beautiful, well laid out, fully equipped and clean house in a lovely, quiet and safe area outside Alcudia. There are beautiful, clean and small beaches within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the house and you have the option to use the pool at the house as well. Alcudia is about a 35 minute walk away (should you not wish to take the car) and the rest of the island is very easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for a family of six. Sylvia and team, thank you for a wonderful stay and for the lovely starter packs of the fruits, water and fridge essentials (very much appreciated).

Gorgeous villa, clean and better than expected. A few snacks and drinks on arrival which was so welcomed. Inflatables and toys in the garage to use which was so fun for the children. Would highly recommend x

"A wonderful, comfortable and spacious villa. Rooms are beautifully presented, air conditioning works well and our family had plenty of space to spread out. Pool is a good size and warms up quickly. Worth exploring on foot and there are restaurants and shops in walking distance. There are also beaches to walk to very easily. An excellent villa to relax. We would be delighted to return and are considering for next year. Clear and prompt communication from Sylvia made arrival stress free. Heartily recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is a lovely villa and very well equipped. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed been so close to the sea. The villa is of a very high standard and we would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

Wunderschönes gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr sauber.Fußweg an die kleinen Strände St. Joan und St. Pere optimal.Zu Fuß leider etwas zu weit nach Alcudia.

De Villa is zeer modern en van alle gemakken voorzien; heerlijke pool, ruime living, luxe keuken en modern, comfortabel en fris ingerichte slaapkamers. Het enige maar wel belangrijke (grote) kritiekpunt is de ligging. De villa ligt zeer afgelegen en /'s avonds in het donker zelfs geen veilig gevoel. Geen enkele horeca gelegenheid is met de voet /'s avonds te bereiken.De ligging is ook niet fraai omgeven qua natuur en huizenbouw. ik begrijp niet dat deze villa mij is geadviseerd door TUI.

Great location in a quiet & safe neighbourhood close to a small idyllic beach. Short drive (5-8 minutes) to Alcudia old town. Sylvia & Team were extremely fast to respond to any of our questions. The house is modern and has a great lay out and had everything we could wish for. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Mallorca
